    Just for fun. anyone want to guest the takeover price if eventuate?

    Mississippi - 85 BOPD
    Kentuky - 35-40 BOPD
    Colorado - wildcard
    Texas - wildcard (with 5 wells, min 900 bopd each wells, 5*270 = 1350 BOPD)
    debt funding - 40 M
    current cash - 3 M
    reserve upgrade - wildcard

    I'm putting 3.5-4 cents range.
