Australian Criminal Law. This could be achieved by the State
issuing ministering licences which the adherence to Australian Law
is a prerequisite.
We just get too much "two speak" where religious leaders pay
lip service to Australian Laws and then provide comfort and refuge
for members of their faith who break Australian Law. A typical
example of this is the Catholic Church's protecting its pedophile
clergy.
A religious accord should include all recognised religions and those
who don't sign-on should simply be banned. Religious freedom
does not mean the right to aid and abet church members to break
Australian Law.
And by the way, our Parliament should be secularised by removing
the Lords Prayer at the start of Parliamentary proceedings. This is Australia's
interface of Religion and Politics and if we want to have laws that are respected by
all religions, these laws should be and be seen as secular.

Most of our laws are based on Judeo-Christian values such as The 10 Commandments which interestingly enough seems to be the only portion of the Christian religion that it is claimed was actually written by God ...
It does seem interesting that despite these 10 Commandments preceeding the creation of the islamic religion that there was no inclusion or reference to these basics tenants of civil society included in islam...
