True but now that two majors are interested in the development, it could be that another 3rd party is also interested in a play, and at a higher offer price. I may be wrong but i thought once an offer was made they couldn't buy on market (or sell) so as to influence the price. It needs to be a 3rd party. Just as Grosby up its offer means the $1.20 my be uped or a 3rd party may come in with a bigger offer... What ever someone is willing to pay above the offer price. Will be interesting when all the $1.20 finish selling
