the jv deal is obviously complex and all 3 sides need a "win" to want to do it.
I was thinking STAMICO perhaps are going to be involved in financing the refurb or sth to that effect. i just hope it's straight forward and transparent as we've seen with the lmb merger the sp has since tanked 25%
