I dont think they would do this they were after LMR for their cash not projects
I think as before and as they just did it will be a script based offer
the question is what will the implied offer price be
there are rules around experts reports i think setting out if the offer is "fair and reasonable" so I cant see how they could offer anything less than an implied 8c given the 7.5c cash
Im not sure if the fact they previously offered 9.9c has any bearing
Valinvestor I am being realistic Im not saying 20c or 30c Im saying 8c-10c which is mainly the cash at 7.5c and then a small premium for the company
Ive said on several occasions if you read my posts Bushveld look like they are after the cash not the projects
