My concern is PDN has "pre-sold" a large lot of U to an European company a couple years back. PDN has received the advanced payment or deposit at that time. The "Sold" price may get into the accounting book when they deliver the U now or in the coming months. The "Sold" price might be higher but PDN has "already" taken or spent the money. Accounting looks good but money wise may be a problem.
