My point exactly.
The track record [regardless of the hurdles, etc and excuses] hasn't been too flash and more of the same old is what is holding back investment.
It is not without precedent to appoint a new CEO whos skills are better aligned with the situation which was created by the vision of the previous CEO. It is pure commonsense and astute business practice.
