    It is an interesting question you have raised. Are people willing to invest in a company with a 6.5% unfranked yield, if they know the business is well run and looking at solid expansion opportunities. My view is yes, but I could be wrong. I think it really does come down to the bank Deposit rate. These sorts of businesses could have a very good run whilst the interest rate outlook is for lower rates for longer. OK, so what if we say 7% yield...that would be $2.75. I would be happy with that.
