The storm SMM have instigated by suing AVQ and the SI Gov could be a blessing in disguise.
Like I said earlier, the injunction over the Isabel leases has generated interest not just with fund and institutional managers but also predominant Australian CEO's, not just Clive. More so now than there was 3-4 years ago in MHO.
If a positive verdict, the damages claim quoted in the article might help negate the dilution AVQ and SH have coped due to this lengthy trial and could see us back at 6-8cts even with 3bn Shares on issue......
Yes, I know. That's if SMM pay!!
