That's right Jordan's actions were all through legal avenues available to him. and its been legal mumbo jumbo.. because all the granted permits were obtained though hard work and due proses laid out by government departments, employed to set condition on which permits are granted,, Mr Jordan is not taking VMS to court he is challenging the legality of these departments right to do their job,, because he knows best what a joke my friend,, and the investors in this high risk industry, have to sit back and watch a fool get pseudo kudos and brag about his victory's over evil,, his time is up and he will have helped change the LAW that will sweep aside the likes of the STT no loss ! Iam not against environmental protection but this guy has done more harm to that course than any mine in any state of Australia.
