I read the whole thing as well after I posted the link. I was surprised to find answers to a lot of questions that were asked on this forum before.

However, these guys caution that they are no legal experts, so it makes you wonder how reliable their interpretation of the legal situation is. But then on the other hand; they must have done some research to put such a lengthy report together and then post it on the web for everybody to find and read.

I hope for once the time frame is honoured and we get an answer before the end of September. Would be nice to put this whole issue to rest and move on with business.
