LOL. - Look at the sell depth.
If that wall @ 009 came down, and the S/D still stayed the same, with an ann stating contractual agreements being entered into, we could see the SP genuinely go gangbusters...way past any of my past conservative estimates.
If the recent buying is all due to the anticipation that we get a mere go ahead by NLC to submit our FS, then it becomes a more or less make or break gamble for investors IMO.
This is why stocks like these are never for the faint hearted...speaking of which...where's cigary? LMAO!
