The UK bank holiday is most likely why the FAR announcement says that "the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 27 August 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market."
First CNE trading will be Tuesday in the UK (after the market closes here on Tuesday) so it looks like CNE will make an announcement before they start trading then (Tuesday late afternoon Australia time).
