Premium Income Fund Claims

If you are a person who was a registered holder of units in the MFS Premium Income Fund (now called the Wellington Premium Income Fund) (Fund) in the period from 1 January 2007 until 15 October 2008, you may be a Class Member in the Premium Income Fund Class Action and your legal rights may be affected by proposed orders of the Federal Court of Australia.
On 22 August 2014 the Federal Court made orders in relation to a registration process for Class Members.
