I think the chinese won, only thingis they have to find a good MD that can run the mine.
For the rest, they want to set the price. the lower grr sells it's ore to shagang the less profit grr makes, that will hurt shagang only for 60%(their shareholding in grr)
I would not think they will take it over, they just want to get the cash out of the company by making sure they get the IO cheap and keep on paying dividends. I am worried
