Big variable is the new MD. Wondering however about the corporate governance of the process. Have scanned all EXec recruitment sites and have 2 core head hunters watching for me. However no advertisement yet. So thinking they will be doing something in house from major SH. Hopefully not.
If it's a known reputable person, could surprise to the upside.
Any decent advisor to Shangang would tell them that they are better off buying the company now on the cheap, and re selling 5 years from now down the track when IO prices are stable. That's what I remain most suspicious about. Especially as I need 30.6c to break even on a very large holding
