I agree Dejavoo,
For Australian investors who need the franking credits TIX is less attractive than companies that pay a comparable yield that is fully franked. Thus the SP is discounted to reflect this.
That then makes TIX (and others like it) more attractive to NZer's who can't claim franking credits anyway.
