I am not exactly a great analyst but just having a quick look at the reports today and trying to understand them, should it be concerning that Michael Johnson only has just over 1m shares? Roughly $50k worth? Or is this standard practice for the Exec. Director to have this amount of shares? I suppose you could argue that he has 41m options?

Am I right in saying that these reports only dampen the recent announcements regarding Froome etc.?

I would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on which figures are the most influential on these reports. Always happy to learn!
