There are many companies working in this type of cancer - best to Google it as the list is too long to post here. Across many type of treatment.
Only direct commercial competitor with spheres is BTG (UK), I believe. Some very small / nano companies at various stages, but none to my knowledge of a CE or FDA PMA, yet.
Lots or research at various universities and hospitals with investigational uses of the differing treatments. Again a Google search will yield tons of web sites - could take many weeks to read assuming one could understand have of as as generally highly technical in nature.
