I respectfully disagree. There is strong long term support at 21c ie: cash raising price done last November
A downtrend line would indicate lower lows, yet we have successfully bounced several times off LT support.

With Mr. Massawe (Former Ernst & Young Office Managing Partner in Tanzania - no joke) increasing his holdings and market price near LT support levels, I would rather be in than stay out.

Needless to mention all the prospects in the coming year.
