Bcp will be stuck with 20% of the co no matter what happens the deal with the Thai guy is unconditional. From all the corrispondence from bcp it seems clear they want complete ownership of nido share in galoc nothing less as the intention to diversify income stream will not happen unless the co starts paying dividends. All in all I think mgmt have underestimated how badly this offer goes down with shareholders. It's plain to see the only winners from the to are bcp and mgmt who not only get to keep their jobs but get a huge bonus through excuse of shares.
