Hi all , blood test after 12months on porridge , was 7.9 before ,after 6 months 6.9 ,now is at 6.1 .
Using rolled oats from a health store and cooking in a microwave .
3/4 cup oats and 1 cup water ,90seconds and stir then 60 seconds .
I don't have a heart problem and my body did not like Lipator or others pills
I have wondered if cooking on the stove would be better ?
I would love to have a no stick pot for this .
