Not shore of the EPA rules in WA, but is it legal to flair off excess gas to get to the condensate, if the current plant can only handle 8mcf daily.
like there doing in north Dakota there burning off the cheap excess gas to get to the oil play that comes with it.
i know Australian regulation is possible strictest in the world, but if you can base it on a commercial grounds and show you intend to expand the gas plant in the near term. Is the WA government prepared to approve something like this. Yes it is lost revenues in flairing the gas but the company wins in the cost of high Brent price.
I do love this speculation about what ann is all about, but all empire share holders need to stick together if any possible deal does not meet with the long awaited value it should be stuck down as I said yesterday if this is not best interest to us there will be more out there. Empire is finally open for business! And about bleeding time.
