This replacement announcement says: "The Centurion Offer for GoConnect shares does not involve Conquest Agri Ltd. "

I don't read GCN's original announcement as saying that it did involve Conquest.

GCN's original announcement pointed out that Centurion would offer GCN shareholders its shares in P1 - a company that was being taken over by Conquest.

That seems perfectly proper information for GCN to give to its shareholders.

So, conspiracy theorists, what is going on? Nothing transparent, you can bet.
