Wow,

Folks can we all calm down, I love the charts I really do. I follow charts, fundamentals, research , trends. But 11% price rise and you have all wet yourself. A reversal was on the cards all along most of the experienced investors explained this.

If you are not day trading or loading back up please follow this guide -

1) - Turn of PC, if you have set a stop loss and we get another major crash let the broker do the work.
2) - Make a bit of food, cup of tea or coffee
3) - Walk your dog if you have one, if no dog use cat as alternate option if no animals go for a run.
4) Go meet a mate for a beer ( If you are working get back to work )
5) relax take deep breaths, we have a long way to go
