AB said several times he intends making a statement but this now goes back about 4 weeks to "I'll be making a statement this week". Didn't happen.

Why so secretive? Only makes matters worse. There could even be an upside to the story.

So it appears then that Newsat has lost the slots. If this is the case, surely that is something that the ASX would require full disclosure of? Is there something I'm missing? Surely if it is important enough to herald to the ASX as an announcement then to loose the slots (for whatever reason, I'm not calling anybody incompetent) would also be worthy of an announcement??
