If my memory serves me right the royalty agreement runs for 12 years from when EMC start production. The minute they start production they have to pay on the minimum tonnage but nothing has been said about when or if they ever have to start production. It would be a bummer if they decide to develop Honeybugle instead of Nyngan though EMC's notices imply their efforts are going into Nyngan.
