Btr shareholders got rolled. board should of used a portion of its cash to drill some director specials and go on road show to drum up support to increase share price before any merger talks, scotty Lowe owns blackthorn not you guys. hey maybe he's working for glencore behind the scenes. interesting to see if kalekantis whatever his name is will remain on board. (Current glencore nominee) whatever happens I am sure he will bowl down to glencore on kitumba just like on perkoa. this transaction is a disappointment for btr shareholders!
