Do I understand this new direction correctly:
Firstly, they reduce our holding 30/1 then they increase it by 5/1 and we pay .05c for the privilege of the board getting paid from our new money.
Shit! it looks a great deal if you are director, however, struggling to see where it benefits the shareholder.
