My research for companies with exposure to South America brought me to Karoon. I see that KAR has significant exposure to Peru and Brazil. So I will appreciate it much if a more knowledgeable investor than me answers my questions below:
- When is the first oil expected from Santos Basin? (rough estimate)
- When will KAR get its first oil from its other Basins (excluding Santos Basin) ? (rough estimate)
- When will KAR convert its contingent and prospective resources into 2P reserves? (rough estimate)
Disclosure: Long Petroamerica Oil (PTA) at C$0.40 that drills in Colombia, thanks to a "Top Idea" article from "Value Digger" author from SeekingAlpha, who also recommended Lonestar Resources (LNR.AX) at A$0.32 in early June.
