People seem to have forgotten that CBQ is actually the largest tenure holder of coal in Queensland. Albeit mostly Thermal coal, but if you make the assumption that coal will be around another 100 years, CBQ are in a handy position to do some great deals. Deals that involve take-off agreements and margins. OK...they may give away a few EPCs to secure a revenue stream, but I think that is a great opportunity given owner China based contacts.
With a revenue stream, and dear I say it dividend, 10c is not out of the ball park.
