Justis--Glenn Steven always mention~s Global pressure in his statement--low interest rates,govt fhg,Chinese investors all fueled this property rises---so why would falling real estate prices in China not affect Australia--Australia gains when China going well by more investments in Australia--if those investment back home fall --Australia still gains!!! The RBA I might add are always 2 yrs behind in reacting !!The Genie is out the bottle(the Goose).
