One year to expiry, currently the premium is 8c for LOMO. As expiry gets closer the premium will disappear. Unless you were confident LOM was going to hit $1 in that time, options don't really look like a good risk.reward profile to me. At $1. LOM is up by 150%, LOMO would be 60c, or approximately 200%. So either buyers of LOMO are extremely confident of the future or they're looking for a short-term trade that will give a higher percentage change than buying fpo's.
