    The company has really REALLY dropped the ball this time. The MD must be held accountable for this, no more excuse making or turning the other cheek. The calls above to remove him at an AGM I wholeheartedly support. Even an EGM would be appropriate for this level of monumental failure coupled with horrendously inadequate communication. This can NOT be allowed to continue as the norm.
