Where is the prospectus does it say they have paying clients?

There is plenty mention of revenue opportunities, but no mention of revenue.

Only cash source is the prepaid credit though they don't say what they charge as transaction fee.

300K in prepaid credit... say 2-3% trans fee = $6-7K revenue? All these numbers are just revenue.

Did i mention that belly card is way better than rewardle? I know belly card isn't in Australia yet, but it may come and even it doesn't, shifting rewardle to the US is a no go.

Keep in mind... I am aware that Rewardle might be succesful, but $30m for an average app with 0 revenue with a limited upside? I mean have you even used the app? It is horse shit. They can't even do simple things like "rewardle locations near you".
