At current prices it looks like the Mkt Cap for NKP is about $54m. Why would Genorah or any of the other major investors thus far (which includes me) take a low ball offer for the effective privatisation of NKP by Z given how long they have been in it thus far and the potential going forward.
Z must either :
1. offer something above or close to FV to close this out and undertake a new partnership with Genorah privately
2. continue as is and look to further extract value as part of the equity partnership arrangement
3. Pull out if they dont get their first option and lose money themselves but sink NKP down also (highly unlikely)
