Eskom future still very uncertain?

Looks like there are still some major issues for Eskom to overcome. I personally can't see how Eskom will do a good deal with SNY or even do a deal at all.

At-least the share price is strengthening up albeit on small volume. That's one thing atleast if we have to raise capital as I have previously pointed out it will be less dilutive for us shareholders. I think the large shareholders in this stock are very anti dilution as it always seems to strengthen before a capital raise - no complaints by me!
