Another reason that the industry funds may be losing members in droves could be the behaviour, in particular as demonstrated by CBUS in the Royal Commission, with respect to their members privacy.
If memory serves it was revealed in the RC that CBUS has had 68 separate incidents where members personal details have been released.
This demonstrates total contempt for the members.
