Whose idea was it to withhold stock and to stockpile pellets? This is going to bite us big time in the behind. If it was WB's then he may have been sacked because of that. Otherwise we will really never know.

I think you need to change number 5 a bit. The problem with FE is not that China is not growing. It is that the big boys (BHP, Rio, Vale and FMG) have flooded the market. China will need a much, much bigger growth rate and investment profile to absorb all that supply at a price which makes GRR comfortably profitable.
