So if that is the case ddzx, does that mean there will be no production of rare earth minerals from anywhere. Can you tell me who else can produce rare earth minerals as cheap as Pek, or to suit your findings a lot cheaper than Pek. There will always be a market for rare earths and the market will meet the price if it needs the product. As simple as supply and demand. 1 to 2% interest on $11 wont break the bank either.
