This is my preferred property play and a great income pay.
From the last annual report west farmers still hold about 26% of the shares so IMO rising rents should concern them much as they're getting the div back anyway.
Like for like rental growth was up from 2.1% to 2.5%. And the properties that were reviewed were up 3.8%. acquired 10 properties, would expect to see increase in divs with a reduction in spending. the yield of about 6% is pretty attractive plus the drp discount adds value add value as well
. At current prices I'm not buying but if we were to get back to 2.20 would be adding to my holdings. imo, this is a set and forget.
Not like bml, looking interesting in coming weeks.
