Hey Baukaw,

I hate the fact that yet again you have been vindicated for your views, but I am willing to acknowledge it.

I am long this stock, so obviously want the SP to go up, but this seems like another sh**ty deal. More dilution and what's more with shady eastern europeans! Is this really the best they could come up with?? More smoke and mirrors to cover up the fact they haven't been able to sort a finance solution.

We have all fallen in love with the prospects this company seemingly has had at times, just a shame management haven't had the skill or nous to deliver. As many say on HC "don't fall in love with the story". Certainly would have been useful advice for SDL hopeless romantics.

Even though I am long, I much prefer hearing your sobering assessments than the propaganda pushed by some. The "in two weeks" lines peddled by some are mind numbing and frankly wrong.

By the way if we were to indulge the delusions of others, you can tell your Chinese contacts you can have all of my shares for $0.30! I'm sure plenty of others will hand theirs over too.
