There seems to be many "judgement days" for GCN and the associated SiS (the line of credit)

Judgement day hasn't come and gone - if your were to actually take notice of the court events you would know that there is another judgement day on the 23rd at The Supreme Court - a deferral isn't a win.

The Savvy Investor with his million dollars doesn't seem to be anywhere with his cash.
And it was noted in open court that this cash hasn't arrived.

If there was cash to pay these creditors surely they would have been paid.
