Celtex has made a perfect chart pattern and you can read it like a book. The move up to the exact chart target of 21-22 has occurred with a minimum of fuss. Most days the stock could be bought and either waited for the target or sold along the way. Now it is getting set for the next serious move up to the 30-35 cent range. Just like before there are apparent sellers along the way making it look heavy going for this tightly held stock, but my guess is that just like the last move those guys will be either taken out nicely or disappear as the buyers get close. A beauty!! Easy money but it could be there is a much bigger play coming. CXE could do anything. One to watch for sure.
