agree, potentiallly the turnaround event one needs to watch for. has that hallmark of NSL type turnaround that I was part of. Market initially didnt react strongly due to disbelief, understandable reaction.
should be an easy turnaround play if Ukraine crisis indeed settles. nobody knows for sure atm.
tbh I dont think market should even care even if the Ukraine situation gets worse. it has dropped so much, both Ukraine & polish assets are valued at zilch atm.
but I guess market needs a more solid move before buying up
