It would seem to be a pretty good outcome considering their position, I agree rabooth.
The carry to production is probably the most important part, albeit they need to provide further detail in regards to what that actually means.... Is Glenburgh to be the focus, or Dalgaranga?? or egerton.
While I realise that dilution is kept to a minimum, I did sell quite a few a while back in anticipation of being able to participate in a SSP. I realise that is somewhat selfish, but I wanted to be able to support the company. Anyway, deal is clearly done.
Time to read up on MMY now.
