BC Iron just announced a takeover of Iron Ore Holdings – valuing Iron Ore Holdings at $256M and potentially sounding the starting gun for significant M&A activity in the sector.
Takeover targets are becoming apparent… and we have recently made an investment in the small end of the WA iron ore space. This company is capped at just $14M, and boasts a member of the famed Hancock dynasty on the Board. It’s his pet project, he is working for shares.

We see two exit strategies:
