I'd assume Monument didn't takeover GCY because they want to keep GCY fully involved and motivated.
GCY bring extensive exploration experience and can bring their local knowledge to the jv.
Monument are smart to want to keep these guys inside the tent.
I'd imagine they have big plays for their new Aussie jv.
I'm very happy to go along for the ride.
This is an outstanding deal from what I can ascertain.
