why arn't we reporting BHP + RIO to ACCC???????????????

For actively flooding the IO market with supply and Lowering the IO price from 150t to 80 ton ..under the cost of production for Everyone Else but Vale .. that's some Universal Damage of most competitors !!
who can claim a Class Action law suit against BHP RIO + VALE for damages to our Coy's business ?? can we the shareholders of those damaged Coy's ? I Hope so !
