In Phase 2 trials involving about 20 people who have regular herpes flairs or outbreaks they will vaccinate them and see if the flairs or outbreaks reduce or disappear.
That is the most basic and fundamental approach ....i could key more if it was not beer and bong oclock on Friday.
Admedus are still designing the phase 2 trial...For Qfarm to recuit the cohorts. So have a good weekend thinking it out...what would you stipulate as the screen for the cohorts?...also got cold sores, are sex workers, have herpes but partner dosent...very interesting job for admedus and the prof to get the trial right!
